We wish our fine diamonds and timeless jewelry meet or exceed your expectations. However, if you are less then entirely satisfied and wish to return , you can return any order for a credit or exchange within 14 days from the date of delivery.
How to return an order:
1. Please contact us at +1-646-583-1113 OR email us at info@truediamondjewelry.com and let us know the item you would like to return along with your Order No.
2. Send us the jewelry with the original packing materials and let us know the return tracking no.
3. Secure your item(s) and all the original packing materials, including TDJ security tag, packing slip and the diamond certificate if appropriate, in a freight approved package (the post office has these available if you do not).
4. Send the package by Priority Registered/EXPRESS Mail, as this is the safest way to ship high-value items. For your protection, please insure the package for the full amount of the invoice plus shipping charges.
However if the value of the items being returned is over $500, we recommend sending the package via USPS as FedEx and UPS will not insure goods over $500. For returns of over $500 from outside the US, please contact a 3rd party insurance company to arrange coverage. TDJ is not responsible for items lost or damaged while shipping of returns

NOTE: Please be careful DON'T write jewelry, diamonds or other luxury-related words anywhere on the package, as this invites possible theft of the package. Returns are simple, but are subject to certain rules:
The item MUST be returned before 14 DAYS from the date of delivery for the refund. Any request received after this period will not be accepted for refund. Please note that all items must be returned in the same condition as it was sent from TDJ. Any returns showing signs of wear or those that have been engraved, altered, resized (by a jeweler other than SDJ), or damaged in any way cannot be accepted for return. Custom made orders like orders with engraving, special finger sizes cannot be accepted back for a return (refund, exchange or repair).
The original invoice must still be with the item in order for refunds to be processed. Special orders, personalized and engraved items cannot be resized or returned for a refund or exchange unless there is an error.
TDJ will refund the full cost of the item EXCLUDING shipping, handling and insurance charges. Refunds will be made by PayPal only for international customers for Indian customers we can issue cheque, or demand draft. All requests will be processed after our laboratory inspects and verifies the condition of the item. Refunds take approximately 7-10 business days to process upon receipt of the item.
